Nope they wouldn’t allow it, how could they, when part of their job is to see if MQM itself is not responsible? It is not Karachi police, with recent “bhartis” mostly on the recommendation of MQM after negotiations of their demands with PPP. I live in Gulshan these days before i lived in Nazimabad. No one from MQM has ever threatened me with a TT or anything else. Did someone from MQM ever stick a gun up you? Cuz it seems that way. Dont be so obsessed with MQM, MQM can take care of itself and will spread as it always has. Dont worry about it.

So much was done in MKs time, over a 1000 projects were carried out. The famous K-3 project alone was enough to justify MKs time in my eyes, I finally got clean, sweet water in my house in Nazimabad which was denied me during Naimatullahs time. Dont fall prey to propaganda on the net, live in Karachi and you will see what change MK has wrought.

Course MQM played the ethnic card, why would I deny that? But if they did that again they now would lose votes and seats. The situation in the 80s and 90s was very different from the situation now. Haqiqi and MQM fought turf wars over many areas in Karachi, no denying that. And they both killed each other members. But since the 90s a lot has changed, Haqiqi used brutal tactics in areas it controlled now they have broken up and largely been sidelined. Haqiqi was made of the criminal and militant elements in MQM that were broken away by the agencies. They were used to sideline MQM, it had nothing to do with ethnicity. Now different factions of Haqiqi are fighting each other. Why, I dont know. Believe that if you want.

The ethnic card is what is used in politics, not in your everyday dealing.

I agree with you, not all Urdu speaking support MQM. Even all those who vote MQM don't support MQM. Some of them vote because they are forced to do so on the power of the guns, and some vote because they say, there is no other alternative.

I happened to visit Karachi and know literally hundreds of Urdu Speakers, who know and acknowledge that MQM is a murderous and criminal outfit. They also acknowledge that MQM gets votes by threats and voter's fraud. They also admit, their lives are in danger if they speak openly against MQM. They told me that they had to be careful outside to speak anything openly against MQM, because there are so many MQM spies in public places. You will be reported and face the consequences. it is an open secret, the MQM local offices are nothing more than the Mafia Dens, to control the local area using the tactics used by gangsters.

Anyone who knows Karachi, have relatives in Karachi, can not deny these facts. All those who support MQM here or other places know the truth too, but they are purposefully blinded because of their affiliations.

Karachi has changed a lot within these 6-7 years a lot. If you visit Karachi now after 5-6 years you will feel the difference...... Karachi was not changed within 30 years or so in the past but now Karachi has changed entirely ...... if you are driving here after 5-6 years you might get lost as there are many fly-overs, underpasses and new roads which connect the city from one end to another....... Other than that he improved the fire emergency department of the city ..... the municipal services of the city ..... He did a lot for this city .... Well, you must be a loyal supporter of MQM, in that case why would someone from MQM threat you with a TT? Makes sense, especially when you are doing their dirty propaganda. Only those who oppose them are threatened with a TT and worst.

Kamal instead of honestly spending the money given to him siphoned it off to London, he is a thief. He has given you plenty of substandard constructions, you will pay for his theft with your lives in few years time, dont you worry about it. These poorly constructed bridges and flyovers will crumble to the ground some are in very poor state despite being new, which is not common. Here in the west there are flyovers decades old and still in better condition than what are newly build by thief Kamal, because he didnt spend the whole of the money, he only used those contractors who were willing to take part in the theft.
