Yes they have SD Card. I will also suggest Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0

No, there is no SD card slot. You can look at Nexus 7 (first gen.), it is a great tablet. The 32 GB version is available for a shade under 25k on homeshopping.pk and the 16 GB version is around 21k. You can't go wrong with the Nexus series.

No it does not. You can snap up a Nexus 4 cellphone if you want GSM. :)

I have the 16 GB version and there is no sim card slot in it. In fact the Nexus 7 with LTE/HSPA/GSM support hasn't even been released yet. Although it will get released in a month.
