Google has done it this time. The first edition wasn't as good with dull screen and stuttering performance but this time, its a beautiful bright screen and as snappy as an ipad and with $229 price tag. It's definitely more than worth it.

I just got mine yesterday and can't get my eyes off.

I will certainly recommend it. This is coming from an ipad/iphone user.

I'll stick to iphone for my mobile device but tablet, this is my permanent device now

Here is the quick review.

Is this cellular and what about 2G/3G/4G experience ?

Its 4G LTE, which is of no use here but it is backward compatible which means that if 3G comes along it will utilize it. I have both the first gen. and the second gen. version and the second generation version is way way ahead in terms of speed. Also they have finally added a rear camera, it is good but not great. Still better than nothing though.

So it means the 7 (2013) is offering 2G (sim) and 3G/4G tablet just for 229$ ? Not bad deal...

It's got that Old snapdragon S4 Pro processor. That's old. I cannot understand why Google didn't go for a better CPU? That means its good but not future proof. As in within this year itself it will be eclipsed.

S4 costs $600+ and this is only $200+

No 2G just 3G\4G. Its not a bad deal still considering that you get such a little monster of a device. Quite a bang for the buck. The only downside I see is the storage, 16 GB runs out quickly with today's space intensive applications.
