Is it permissible for mourners to cry excessively wail, scream on dead individual?

Dear Samar,

tahir-ul-qadri is a famous disputed personality through out the Muslim world. unfortunately, he has failed the test of Quraan and hadeeths.

My point is that an unknown scholar can build his / her credibility by acting and preaching according to Quraan and authentic Hadeeth. Unfortunately, tahir-ul-qadri has lost his credibility.

May Allah give hidayat to this deviated nation of Pakistan (Aameen)
