by the way, It is stated that 1 in a million Intel CPU gets locked due to hardware problems. 1 in 10 Million due to Software upgrade. I am that 1 in 10 Million, it happened with my Quadcore and it was unlock able only from Singapore (they wanted me to wait for 2 months).
I guess same is happening with you too :)

Ohoo, you have A10 with Android 4.1 (upgraded rom) , it slows down the system and touch cause it uses GPU. You needs some tweaks. There is a utility for touch screen response enhancement. search xdadeveloper.com for it. By the way, Its always a good idea to root your A10 (speeds up a lots of things, and removes the bloatware, which hogs the memory)

Use this site for Games playable on your phone. (I think that touch screen app is also available on this site too)

Someone also mentioned buying phone with 1 gig ram. I am using A8 and quite happy with it. I have clean master installed which regularly cleans the ram from unnecessary programs.
