Indian establishment gives clean chit to Army, MI
By ASHRAF JAVED
LAHORE In a desperate attempt to cover up the proved military links to Hindu terror outfits, the Indian establishment has covertly exonerated all the accused belonging to its Army and intelligence who masterminded and executed 2007-Samjhota Express train bombings in which 68 people were burnt alive, mostly Pakistanis.
It has been reliably learnt that the Hindu establishment haphazardly has shelved the strong and growing evidences against indigenous Hindu terrorist organisations, working across Asia under the direct command of their military, and intelligence agencies particularly RAW.
The National Investigations Agency (NIA) of India has given clean chit to Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Srikant Purohit in the Samjhota case. It is also important to mention here that Hindu terror groups had closed the chapter of former ATS Chief Hemant Karkare, who was fairly and honestly probing the terror attack to expose the real face of Hindu leaders. On Monday last, just days before the Pak-India Secretary-level talks, the NIA filed the charge-sheet in a Panchkula court against five Hindu terrorists including Swami Aseemanand in the Samjhota Express train blast case.
Apart from the mastermind Col Purohit, the co-accused including Col (Retd) Hasmukh Patel, Col (Retd) Shailesh Raikar, Col (Retd) Aditya Bappaditya, Brigadier Mathur, Maj Prayag Modak and Maj Nitin Joshi have also been exonerated. These Indian military and intelligence officers had not only planned and corroborated the Samjhota train blasts but were also interrogated in several terror attacks targeting minorities particularly Muslims in India.
During the investigations, the witnesses had told the NIA that the RDX used in Samjhota train blasts was actually supplied to the terrorists by MI Officer Col. Purohit who procured it from the Army Ordinance Depot in the Indian Held Kashmir (IHK).
According to the investigations conducted by The Nation, the Samjhota probe charge-sheeted none of the accused belonging to Indian Army while concrete evidences against serving and retired Army officer were ignored to save the terror off-shoots of Indian establishment. Not enough, the NIA only mentioned RSS senior leader Indresh Kumar as one of thesuspects in the Samjhota train bombing. The arrests of Indian military officer Lt Col Purohit and Swami Aseemanand, a symbol of Hindu terror across South Asia, alongwith his accomplice Vasudev Parmar had unveiled the real face of Hindu terrorist groups who butchered Indian Muslims.
Revelations by the culprits are continuing but the NIA has given clean chit to the Indian Army and intelligence officers.
The Hindu terrorist groups had coined the self-styled idea Bomb for Bomb and kept continuing their onslaught on Muslims in India. Despite all the confessions uttered by Hindu terrorists, the Indian intelligence agencies seemed unmoved and still trying to hide the reality. Indian intelligence agencies have come up with a novel plan to get away with the shame Hindu terrorists brought to India. They are likely to label one RSS leader Indresh Kumar as ISI agent and level all the charges of the terrorist incidents on Indian soil against Pakistan. Interestingly the same charges have already been proved and confessed by Hindu terrorists, observers said. Ironically, several high-profile cases in which Hindu Right Wing activists of Abhinav Bharat targeted Muslim community in India, were handed over to the Indian NIA after passage of over four years. The development took place after emergence of concrete evidence that Hindutva terror groups were behind the incidents in which the lower investigative agencies had routinely blamed activists of Lashkar-e-Tayyaba (LeT), Harkat-ul-Jehad-e-Islami (HuJI) and Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).
According to observers, justice is granted on the basis of caste and creed in India whereas the low castes are made to suffer.
Indian tall claims about rule of law, transparent judiciary, Constitutional supremacy, helped it to win international laurels without digging deep, as to why Indian Supreme Court took nearly 18-years to announce Babri Masjid decision, Godhra verdict 9 years and Samjhota Express blast case still under trial for the last 4 years. This is why because the Indian courts keep the issue on the backburners, as part of psychological drive to keep Pakistans alleged impression as a terror State. Experts say that terrorism in India is actually based on internal prejudicial policies against her own people and coercive politics played by the upper class Hindus. India needs to change her paradigm of terrorism in which she traditionally blames Pakistan and outlawed Jihadi outfits such as LeT etc.
India must concentrate on the real threat posed by extremist elements, who are involved in criminal acts of terrorism within India.
Right-Wing terrorists played a key role in the massive killings of Christians in Indian State of Orissa and violence of Karnataka State. In this context, the NIA learned from a key suspect Pragya Singh Thakur that fellow activist Col Purohit masterminded the 2008 anti-Christian violence in Orissa in which over 100 people were killed.
The Christians institutions are facing second round of attacks by Hindu extremists in Karnataka.
