It's not a prediction but they make a plan and then implement it later on.
The video is published 2 and Half years ago, and there is a high chance that India was Provoked by these evil thinkers to strike within Pakistan and make this plan work, but unfortunately(for them) their evil design failed miserably and they were only able to hit trees with their sophisticated bombs, and so the plan has to wait a little longer, because of course they won't stop attacking what they fear the most.

I am sure that if you look at all the "predictions" that the show has made, overwhelming majority of them havent come true; just a handful have.

Dude its nuke not normal weapons, any nuke attack on area west of nagpur in India will not just have direct impact on Indian population but also on Pakistani population (that area contains Dehli, Gujrat, Indian Punjab, Mumbai , Pune and others). The indirect impact of a nuclear attack will not only have impact on the region but the whole world !!
Secondly, Pakistani military doctrine isnt No first Use, and it makes sense, keeping into account the size of India and size of its army, nuclear arms are the fall back plan, that is it will be used and it will mean the wide scale destruction of both the country and environmental doom for the earth, this keeps Pakistan safe from Indian attack, because even though we have quality in our military, India has quantity which greatly outnumbers our army, in case of war, we can maybe manage to down 3 times our size, that would mean loss of our complete army, but on indian side just around half of it.
