Khawarjee Hakeem Ullah Masud and Fazal Ullah used to get money directly from RAW Cover Officer in Indian consulates at Jalalabad and Kunar Afghanistan. PESHAWAR, August 07 (Online): Peshawar Corps Commander Lt Gen Safdar Hussain terming Bait ullah Mahsud as a patriotic citizen said that Bait ullah Mahsud is not a rebel but a soldier of his country adding that 350 terrorists have been killed in operation in South Waziristan.


He expressed these views while talking to reporters here. Corps commander Peshawar said that the details of the agreement between Bait ullah Mehsud and the government cannot be disclosed however Bait ullah is not a rebel but a patriotic citizen and a soldier of this country.


Certain elements have created misunderstandings between him and Bait ullah Mehsud which now have been cleared and now he respects him , the Corps Commander said.


Relaying details of the Waziristan operation he said that 53 operations have been conducted in these areas and 350 terrorists have been killed, out of which 175 are foreigners.


He said that there is complete peace in South Waziristan and now the army is conducting operation in North Waziristan against 70 to 80 foreigners.


Corps Commander said that there is no infiltration going on at Pak-Afghan border as Pakistan Army is keeping a strict vigil at the border.


He said that no one would be allowed to use Pakistani soil for launching attacks on other countries

امریکہ میں بھارتی سفارت کار کی گرفتاری پر بھارت نے شدید رد عمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے بھارتی ہوائی اڈوں پر امریکی سفارت کاروں کو حاصل مراعات ختم کرنے کے علاوہ دہلی میں امریکی قونصل خانے میں کام کرنے والوں کے شناختی کارڈ اور سفارتخانے کے ملازمین کو دی جانے والی تنخواہوں کی تفصیلات بھی طلب کر لی ہیں۔
یہ سفارتی بحران گذشتہ جمعرات کو نیویارک میں بھارتی قونصلر دیویانی کھوبرا گڑے کی گرفتاری سے شروع ہوا تھا۔
نیویارک پولیس نے دیویانی کو ویزا فراڈ کے الزام میں گرفتار کیا ہے۔ ان پر الزام ہے کہ انھوں نے امریکہ میں کم سے کم یومیہ اجرت کے قانون کی خلاف ورزی کرتے ہوئے بھارت کی ایک گھریلو خادمہ کو انتہائی کم تنخواہ پر امریکہ میں ملازم رکھا۔
انھیں اب ڈھائی لاکھ ڈالر کی ضمانت پر رہا کر دیا گیا ہے جبکہ دیویانی ان الزامات سے انکار کرتی ہیں۔
بھارت نے اس معاملے پر سخت ردعمل ظاہر کیا ہے اور منگل کو نئی دہلی میں امریکی سفارتخانے کے حکام سے کہا گیا ہے کہ وہ اپنے تمام قونصلروں کے شناختی کارڈ وزارتِ خارجہ میں جمع کروائیں۔
سفارتخانے سے یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ وہ تمام سفارتکاروں ، قونصلروں اور سفارتخانے میں کام کرنے والے بھارتی ملازمین کی تنخواہوں کی تفصیلات پیش کرے ۔
ان سے یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے کہ وہ امریکی سکول میں تعلیم دینے والے اساتذہ کے ویزے کی نوعیت اور سفارتکاروں کے گھریلو ملازمین کی تنخواہوں کی تفصیل بھی فراہم کریں۔
’کم تنخواہ کا ذکر نہ کریں‘

امریکی دستاویزات کے مطابق كھوبراگاڑے نے گھریلو ملازم کے ساتھ ایک اور معاہدہ کیا جس میں اس کی ماہانہ آمدنی 25 ہزار روپے اور پانچ ہزار روپے اوور ٹام مقرر کیا گیا۔ ویزا درخواست کے وقت امریکی ڈالروں میں یہ رقم فی گھنٹے کے حساب سے 3.31 ڈالر بنتی ہے۔ امریکی وزارت خارجہ کی دستاویز کے مطابق كھوبرا گاڑے نے اس ملازم کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ ویزا انٹرویو کے دوران اپنی آمدنی 9.75 ڈالر فی گھنٹے ہی بتائے اور 30 ہزار روپے کی تنخواہ کا ذکر نہ کرے۔




اس کے علاوہ امریکی سفارت کاروں کو بھارتی ہوائی اڈوں پر دی جانے والی خصوصی مراعات کے پاس بھی واپس لے لیے گئے ہیں۔
اطلاعات ہیں کہ حکومت نے دہلی پولیس کو امریکی سفارت خانے اور امریکی سکول پر لگائی گئی اضافی حفاظتی رکاوٹوں کو ہٹانے کا حکم بھی دیا ہے۔
امریکی انتظامیہ یا دہلی میں امریکی سفارت خانے کی طرف سے بھارتی اقدامات کے بارے میں ابھی تک کوئی بیان جاری نہیں کیا گیا ہے۔
اسی تنازع کی وجہ سے منگل کی صبح کانگریس کے نائب صدر راہل گاندھی اور بھارت کے وزیر داخلہ سشیل کمار شندے نے امریکی کانگریس کے ارکان سے بھی ملنے سے انکار کر دیا۔
آئندہ الیکشن میں وزیراعظم کے عہدے کے بھارتیہ جنتا پارٹی کے امیدوار نریندر مودی نے بھی ٹویٹ کی ہے کہ انھوں نے بھی امریکی وفد سے نہ ملنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ نریندر مودی نے ٹوئٹر پر لکھا کہ ’ملک کے ساتھ یکجہتی کے اظہار کے طور پر میں امریکی وفد سے نہیں مل رہا۔‘
اطلاعات کے مطابق بھارتی سفارت خانے کی اس سینیئر اہل کار کو گرفتاری کے وقت ہتھکڑی پہنائی گئی تھی جس کے بعد مبینہ طور پر انھیں برہنہ تلاشی کا سامنا بھی کرنا پڑا اور انھیں عام مجرموں کے ساتھ حوالات میں رکھا گیا۔

"دیوياني پر جھوٹے الزامات لگائے گئے ہیں۔ حکومت ہمارے ساتھ ہے. یہ حکومت کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ دیوياني کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنائے۔ دیوياني پر سے جھوٹے الزام واپس لے کر ان سے معافی مانگی جائے۔"

بھارتی وزیرِ خارجہ سلمان خورشید نے امریکی حکام کے اس رویے کو ناقابلِ قبول قرار دیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ بھارتی سفارت کار سے ایسا سلوک نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ’بھارت کی قونصلر کے ساتھ امریکہ نے جو برتاؤ کیا ہے وہ قطعی قابل قبول نہیں ہے۔ہم اس سلسلے میں تمام ضروری اقدامات کر رہے ہیں۔‘
دیویانی کی گرفتاری کے بعد بھارت کی حکومت پر دباؤ بڑھتا جا رہا تھا کہ و ہ بھی امریکہ کے خلاف جوابی کاروائی کرے ۔ بی جے پی کے رہنما اور سابق وزیر خارجہ یشونت سنہا نے کہا تھا کہ ’امریکہ نے جو کیا ہے وہ دنیا کا کوئی بھی ملک کسی دوسرے ملک کے سفارتکار کے ساتھ نہیں کرے گا۔‘'
امریکہ میں بھارت کے سابق سفیر رونین سین نے کہا کہ '' امریکہ نے دیویانی کو جس طرح گرفتار کیا اور انہیں منشیات کے عادی مجرموں کے ساتھ رکھا وہ انتہائی غیر مہذب حرکت تھی۔‘
خیال رہے کہ جمعے کو بھارت نے امریکہ کی سفیر کو وزارت خارجہ طلب کر کے دیویانی کی گرفتاری پر باضابطہ احتجاج کیا تھا اور اس بات پر زور دیا ہے کہ بھارتی قونصلر کو سفارتکار ہونے کے سبب گرفتاری اور مقامی قانون سے استثنی حاصل ہے لیکن امریکہ کا یہ کہنا ہے کہ پولیس نے امریکہ کے مسلمہ ضابطوں کے تحت کاروائی کی ہے ۔

Pakistan stands with justice and the international community in this blatant violation of diplomatic laws. Pakistan calls for an impartial judicial proceeding so that the law can take its course and the perpetrator can be given a fair trial or punishment be it whatever maybe :)

Pakistan wants the rule of law be upheld at all costs. Justice must prevail at all costs..

Ruthless exploitation, callousness and disrespect to the notions of basic human rights and laws of the first world are few of the trademarks of social behaviour of majority of Indian and Pakistani communities around the world. This Indian diplomat deserved this humiliation and it must be served as a stern notice to those who’re carrying out such hideous crimes against humanity.

Americans on the other hand tend to have the fetish of cherry picking the cases of Human Rights abuses when it comes to their dealings with other states of the world. Human Rights and tweaking with laws of the land if committed by their nationals then it should be covered with immunity whilst the same behaviour of nationals of other states is not acceptable to them. Hypocrisy and pigheadedness are couple of words which comes to my mind on conduct of these Yanks.

By the way the Indian government’s reaction is good to attract the PR ratings and the sympathies of the ordinary Indians in the run-up of the general elections due to be held in few months time. I think the state of affairs of their workers around the world, especially in the barbaric region of Middle Eastern Arab states, have been transformed from the wicked exploitation to prosperity & fairness which has triggered them to react with such nationalistic fervour, the tune of bloody hypocrisy can be detected once again.

NEW DELHI: US authorities subjected Devyani Khobragade to treatment reserved for hardened criminals. On Tuesday the government was spurred into action by an email she wrote to her [COLOR=#0000FF !important]IFS colleagues. She was not just handcuffed but subjected to strip-search, DNA swabbing and cavity searches, she wrote.

On Tuesday, the IFS Officers' Association met to ramp up pressure on the government to consider further retaliatory action if Washington did not offer an unconditional apology.

In her email, [COLOR=#0000FF !important]Khobragade[/COLOR] implored the government to ensure her and her children's safety and preserve the dignity of the IFS, which was "unquestionably under siege". She said she broke down several times but tried to maintain her dignity and composure as she was representing her country.

"While I was going through it, although I must admit that I broke down [COLOR=#0000FF !important]many times[/COLOR] as [COLOR=#0000FF !important]the indignities[/COLOR] of repeated handcuffing, stripping and cavity searches, swabbing, in a holdup with common criminals and drug addicts were all being imposed upon me despite my incessant assertions of immunity, I got the strength to regain composure and remain dignified thinking that I must represent all of my colleagues and my country with confidence and pride," she said. TOI had reported on Tuesday that Khobragade had been strip-searched and her DNA swab taken. The Association believes the US authorities paid no attention to the fact that she was a senior consular officer and that India should treat her American counterparts here in the same manner.

India has been angered by the US state department response which insists that Khobragade does not have immunity under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (VCCR). India has pointed to Article 41 of the VCCR which says that if proceedings have to be carried out against a consular official, it must be "with the respect due to him by reason of his offi cial position".

The state department reiterated that under VCCR, the Indian deputy consul general enjoyed immunity from US courts only "with respect to acts performed in the exercise of consular functions."
