the dream of completion of Pakistan? By who? the mullah who watch dances of old bearded men and throw money on them!!! OK, what is the alternate!!! I am sick of this rant that current political system is corrupt or failed, everyone knows that, there is nothing new in this slogan!! Let us know the ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION?
A caretaker setup consisting of men of integrity is needed for ruthless surgery. Now all the efforts are being spent on making people to realize about the problem. Dr. Tahir ul Qadri will announce a full program on 23 Dec and nation will accept it, if they felt so.

Yes he has nothing to do with typical pakistani politics and he has announced he will not be part... But he will change the system and politics to allow capable people to contest in election... Its time to change this corrupt system, who even does not allow a Phd person to contest, but allow fake degree holders to rule on us.... Come and join on #23Dec at # Minar-e-pakistan for the surgery of this cancerous system...
we r already following a revolution .............. U can try next time or help us in it PTI4Change

And who will choose the people in caretaker setup for that surgery? WHO? If you want to ask me, I don't want people like tahir ul qadri in any role in the future of Pakistan!! For me, nothing less than Imran Khan is acceptable!! Whatever is it!! Democracy, caretaker govt, khilafat, dictatorship!! Whatever, a true leader, Imran Khan is only acceptable in leading role for the youth of Pakistan!!

Keeping all your posts in view, I can sense that you are very allergic to Dr. Tahir ul Qadri. I can just share thoughts of your leader Ik, who is acceptable to you in any role. So follow his words first and review your thoughts. Hope it will be of some value for you.

Expressing his views about Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, Imran Khan said: "I am a great fan of Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. I watched a TV programme of Professor sahib in 1985 in which he dwelt upon interpretation of the Holy Quran. I liked the style and manner of Professor's speech. The way he explained the Holy Quran in its most simplified form and threw light on the meanings, details and context of the Quranic verses was fantastic. It was as if one explained things to the children to make them understand it. I became convinced of his qualities and art of speech. At times I recommend to my friends that they should listen to Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri and should consult him for guidance on religious matters.[HI] Moreover I like people who are hard-working and whose emotions contain enthusiasm and truth. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is one of such people who have zeal and truth in his emotions.[HI] Let me put it in some other way that their emotions are young. We are in dire need of such leaders today who should be able to guide the nation in the right direction.[/HI]

We have to try according to our strategy and our revolution will benefit all capable people . No next chance but #23 dec is the turning point. IK would also get benefit from our revolution as after it he would be in a position, where not to rely on winning horses.

...and WHAT grantees u that Imran Khan saab will b in A 'Leading Role' after the election??? If he fails to get that 'Leading Role' under this CORRUPT ELECTROLL-SYSTEM, will u CHANGE ur mind and support Qadri's view point (..that Even if 100 elections were held under the present system, the dream of CHANGE would remain a pipedream)??
If Imran can b leader of youth...then WHY NOT Dr Qadri?? After all they both r of SAME AGE!!!!

Impressive.....Thats the character which should be followed and I will be there at Minar e Paksitan on #23DEC to join Dr. Qadri for his stance against this corrupt and monopolistic electoral system....InshaaALLAH
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri, Chairman Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), had tendered his resignation on October 15, 2004 as a mark of remonstration against the passage of the dual-office bill that had given legitimacy to the then President General Musharraf to continue as countrys Army Chief beyond December 31, 2004.

Soon after giving up his National Assembly membership, Dr Qadri had viewed, When Musharraf took over, we supported his seven-point agenda, but the president failed to carry out across-the-board accountability and transfer power to the elected representatives after elections. Musharraf is controlling everything while parliament is a rubber stamp. I dont feel that I should sit in such a powerless parliament which can be suspended with a single stroke of a generals pen.

Dr Qadri was also quoted as saying; I hereby resign from my National Assembly seat, NA-127, under the illegal rule of the uniform. I feel insulted to sit in a house which passed a bill to perpetuate the rule of a dictator.

honestly i only genuinely find 4 MQM MNA's to resign on principles, others either did to express their frustration or for political gains

the people who resign on principles are only those who resign because they have failed to perform their own duties, and the 4 MQM MNAs who resigned, did it because they failed to give sufficient time to their constituencies

this shows how organised MQM is and there system of accountability and thats the reason i like MQM....

but sad thing, nobody even mentioned this because of their political biasness

You're not making sense my friend. What do you mean you want Imran Khan regardless or whether it is a "democracy, caretaker govt, khilafat, dictatorship"? It implies that you don't know whether Imran Khan wants "Democracy, caretaker govt, khilafat, dictatorship" but will still support him. I am sure you will agree with me that a sincere person supports someone due to their policies, qualifications and authority, not the other way round. Imran Khan has clearly stated that he wants democracy and not "khilafat, dictatorship". This is especially true if by khilafat one means rule of the gun like was carried out by the Taliban, which was something clearly against Islam and needed a qualified person like Dr Tahir ul Qadri to clarify that such teachings were against this nobel faith.

It also can't be ignored that both Imran Khan and Dr Tahir ul Qadri have a large number of supporters and they both have spoken about "inqilab". All that is needed now, is for both to get together on 23rd December to carry this out...in a peaceful manner of course. They both appear to be speaking the same language so what are their supporters waiting for?

LOL, I still remember this:-D Thank you for sharing...something from the cricketing era of Imran Khan for that matter!

On a real serious note, yes, Dr Qadri was the first National Assembly member to resign in the history of Pakistan. He was elected into Lahore and had popular support so, many people were a little upset he left but he said he was unable to do proper work because his hands were tied by the system.

Should support people based on their policies. Dr. Sb has been saying since last year elections won't bring any change. It is now perceptible. That's what you call leadership quality.

Hope4Change claimed that Mr. Qadri is the 'first politician in the history of sub-continent to resign'. This is just plain distortion. Just a 2 min internet search tells me that Asghar resigned from his two NA seats in 1977 as a protest against massive rigging. I can give you many other examples but lets not waste the time.

On another note, Mr. Qadri barely won his election from Lahore by a few thousand votes.
