I think this law does'nt apply in London.
Scotland Yard is too competent to perform their job and they will desinately find the real culprits.

The current propa****a against MQM and Quaid-e-Tehreek Altaf Hussain is based on only an Article written by Mr. Vikram Dodd who use to write his opinions as Articles!
People are laughing on those who not only declared this article as the "Guardian's Report" but are preparing to face Insult very soon when SLY completes their investigations!

i want to here give a report that appeared in some pakistani newspapers today 30th septmeber.
it says that.........
altaf husain,s strange U turns and behaviour lately has surprised many people but infact he is playing a very complicated game .its said that altaf was angry when british government started to reveal mqm,s involvement in imran farooqs murder and started to threaten them and blackmail them.this thing helped him and now according to reports british people have assured altaf that his name will not come in imran farooqs murder..
also recently american ambassador and officials met altaf husain and they gave him advice that to divert people,s attention from imran farooq,s murder mqm should start doing protests and marches in favour of doctor aafia siddiqui...this will not only be beneficial to mqm but to americans as well.because islamic parties like jamaat islami etc are becoming popular due to their pro doctor aafia marches and to hijack dr aafia case mqm has now taken a u turn and started to protest in favour of dr aafia,s release.this will decraese religious party,s recent popularity that is threatening for america and will divert peoples attention away from doctor imran farooq,s murder.
also mqm,s pro dr aafia protests will achieve another goal for americans ,that americans for some time are wanting a new criminal exchange programme with pakistan ,if pakistani government accepts their conditions than in exchange for dr aafia they may ask doctor abdul qadeer or other wanted people..........
anyway people beware .mqm,s pro aafia marches are not what they appear to be on outside.they are most likely a new very cunning and dirty game of mqm.
or if mqm has so much care for doctor aafia than why they took out million men march to pressure musharaf into killing 2000 jamia hafza girls in 2007? after all doctor aafia,s life is no more precious than the life of those poor jamia hafza girls.they too were daughters of pakistan like doctor aafia is.
