Cannot until Import stops, FDI increase and export increase.
Until there is democracy Pakistan can never have Industrialization due to Civilian Bureaucracy and Judges.

You cannot get out from IMF program when your earnings is 2/3rd of your expenses. Everytime you need 1/3rd from outside to meet your budget.
The things you can do are to increase MORE tax so that earnings raise eventually, or you need to establish new industries and sectors to earn revenue from them.

This IMF shit has gone on too long. We need to make sure that it's the last IMF or IK has failed.
A ceo of the company cannot turned around his company in 5 years. How can u expect a country to turn around in 5 years? A correct policy if and if it has made today then pakistan will change in approx 10 years.
Leap of faith cannot give you results unless you worked hard to achieve the outcome. So moral of the story word hard effectively and efficiently.
