Eat "Gabbage Diet soup" for 7-8 days in your daily course meal with a fruit, green salad or baked potato. one can easily loose 8-10 pounds if follows the routine without cheating.

Its easy to drop 4 kgs in 25 days. As soon as one changes its diet, the initial weight loss is quite fast but once you've lost few kgs in the beginning, it gets quite hard to drop more.

I have been working out since past 8-9 months and have managed to drop 11 kgs. I ate fast food daily during my lunch time ;)

Morale: If you want to eat tasty fatty foods and still needs to reduce your weight, then start working out!

ohhhh dear why we confuse the world? Lets just follow what our beloved Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) has done and advised.

1. Drink water before food
2. In morning eat with kalongi with glass of water before eating anything
3. Eat less then your hunger

how is your appetite? you feel hungry often?
Hmmm, I generally don't eat much and usually, never get hungry. Sometimes, if I eat more than usual at dinner time, then I desperately want to throw-up later during sleep.
