nice article but avoiding fruits is so wrong... the only fruits you should avoid are mangoes, papaya and pineapples etc that has lots of sugar in it...

All non-starchy vegetables are better option as they do not produce instant carbs. Also apples, pears carrots & sweet potatoes (shakkar kandi) are very good and healthy options...

look for non-starchy food list here:

You can avoid rice , roti, sugar and high carbs.
Carbs in every diet so go low on carbs. Because carbs creat glucose and which make u fat. When u get your target weight you eat little bit of it as treat. It will not make any difference since u will be eating naturally.

Fruits contains 10 percent of sugar. So when it comes to weight loss eat fruit less. The objective of this diet is to cut glocuse as much as u can so body can use stored glucose from body. So eat fruits as treat. When u achieve ur target u can eat fruits but every thing should in modrate for healthy living.

[h=1]وزن میں کمی کیلئے 8 سے 10 گلاس پانی روزانہ[/h]March 02, 2013
ijunoon_23201391287.53072.jpg

The thing is I hate banana's, milk and vegetable's. Its been like that from the start I just can't eat that stuff:(

Lol.. start lifting weight with protein shakes. You will gain some weight.
True, I started that routine for a couple of months. I think, I gained bout 10 lbs but then when I stopped it gradually came to original. Also, now I am too busy for that routine hardly get any time. Weight gain is so hard, I think weight loss is easy you just have to keep your self busy and not eat...

Yeah that's true. Gaining muscles requires a lot of dedication. I have been hardcore working out for more than 2 years, abhi jakay kahin insaan ban giya. I was very skinny myself.
And if you dont have time to work out than you better are skinny than putting fat on yourself.

chocolates, candies, cakes etc.. and meat would work too but they are just not too good for health and have some side effects when eating daily

Study proved that Atkin diet is not good in long terms because u consume lots of fat also.

Only moderate diets is best.
