ICJ international court of justice to take SUOMOTU on Human Rights Pakistan

Hello fellows,

1- My question is to law related people , is it possible for ICJ to take up cases of human right violations in Pakistan , which supreme court of Pakistan refused to take up.
2- Recently a Lawyer was abducted by agencies he was given life threats , and to kill and dishonor family ladies.
3- When matter was put before CJP Bandyal he refused to take legal notice on it and refuse to protect lawyer , He said its his own private matter to be kidnapped or abducted talk to me privately, this statement itself is a human right violation and not appropriate itself.

4- Can ICJ take notice on such matters and instruct the signatory country to resolve issues and improve human rights and rule of law?
5- Is it a ICJ SUO MOTU jurisdiction or writ petition jurisdiction.

Philippines was recently stressed by ICJ on accountability on human rights

Should PTI and the effected parties start campaign to push ICJ to take notice on human rights violations in Pakistan?

Yes its same court bro.

International court is free from bias and limitation of pakistani establishment and so called constitution which is never applied on powerfull.

International court works on principle of justice equality and freedom. It must ensure human rights of the citizens of Pakistan , where state is dishonest and deprives its own citizens from their legal right.

And theae jahil patwari thinks IJC doesnot matter. May be for powerful countries but for countries like us we cannot disregard their orders
