Huge natural gas reserves discovered in Sindh

KARACHI: Huge reserves of natural gas have been discovered in Sindh as Pakistan struggles to overcome crippling energy crisis.


According to Geo News report, 39 million cubic feet gas reserves have been discovered during the drilling of wells in Sanghar. The report said 65 percent shares of the project are owned by the PPL.


70 percent of natural gas reserves in Pakistan are located in Sindh.

The problem is extraction. We had enough natural resources but unfortunately we cant get them out. Honestly we dont have the ability. What ever we do we are dependant on the western companies. The amount of capital required is quite substantial and in the current situation I dont think we will be able to do it without their help. I might be wrong but in my observation so far, it does not matter how much you have but how much you are allowed to have.

Pakistan discovers new gas reserves in Sindh

KARACHI: Huge reserves of natural gas have been discovered in Sindh as Pakistan struggles to overcome crippling energy crisis.

According to Geo News report, 39 million cubic feet gas reserves have been discovered during the drilling of wells in Sanghar. The report said 65 percent shares of the project are owned by the PPL. According to initial estimates, 106.8 million cubic feet natural gas would be produced.

70 percent of natural gas reserves in Pakistan are located in Sindh.

yes.ppp is anti Pakistan party just like mqm,but they lie very well.so when they are in power they hide there anti Pakistan sentimnts,but when in opposition they daily give gaali to Punjab and Pakistan...remember when this year flood hits Sindh see how they will cry,that Punjab drowned us.lol.now they claiming that Punjab stealing our water (though Punjab gives extra 10 percent of its water share to Sindh)
