How would you Describe Chief Justice Bandial Era?

In history, John Marshal, Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court is considered the great Chief Justice because he asserted the judiciary's authority to expound the US Constitution as paramount law and to hold the other branches accountable to that law.

He laid the foundations for the US Supreme Court's role as the ultimate interpreter of the US Constitution.

On the other hand. Bandial never had a clue about timing nor ever come up with a single judgment for which he should be remembered.

There were cases of many incompetent judges in the Supreme Judicial Council but he chose not to take up them.

He was too weak to enforce his judgments nor has the hindsight to shut down the courts if his verdicts were not going to be implemented.

جو ملک اپنے وزیر اعظم اور آرمی چیف امریکہ کے کہنے پہ لگاتا یو، وہ کہاں کا آزاد ملک بھئی؟
