I can't see the image but the hadyt you are quoting you never understood it properly everyone is answerable to what he is responsible of or what he has authority of.
Islam does not give me authority to kill anyone bcs i think he is wrong...........courts are there to decide if that was not the case then their would have been no courts in islamic system.
everyone has certain rights and for that rights he has to do certain duties..........a man is only answerable if he does not fulfill his duties.
the hadyt you are misquoting here (as it was used by taliban to kill innocent muslims and target pakistan army ) is applicable inside your authority.In Islam you are not authorized to kill raymond davis this authority lies with government through judiciary.
you have the authority to speek so speek the truth you have the authority to vote so elect those who are best among you.
you have different authority levels inside your home may b you have wife sisters brothers mother for every relation you have rights and duties.If you perform your duties then you are on level one.
similarly in society you have many duies to your fellow beings if you perform them you are at level one.
similarly you have duties towards Allah and your state if you perfom them then you are on level one.
So within your authority (given by islam) if you stop some bad thing then you are at level one, if you cannot stop it wid hand but you try to stop it with tong then you are at level two,and if you cannot do even that then if you think of it as a bad thing in your heart then you are at the weakest level of eman.
and last thing is if you do not even call a bad thing bad in your heart then there is no eman in your heart.
