How to Create a Thread On Siasat.pk - Please follow these everytime you make a thread on here

hi, I need some help regarding an inbox message by one of the moderator of this forum, in that massage I was told that being a new member I cannot start a thread unless I cannot post three posts to the forum, so please guide me about new posts as I am really a new user to this forum, and I wanted to share my work on this forum quickly ...
