I M JOGGING DAILY 20km and i run every year in half marathon in Berlin and in this year i m also part of WORLD FAMOUS MARATHON IN BERLIN 40km INSHA-ALLAH.
I've a one and a half hour workout routine, every other day, as following:
10 min LISS cardio
5 min HIIT cardio
5 min LISS cardio
15 min Weight Training
5 min HIIT cardio
15 min Weight Training
10 min Strength and Core training.
This is the best workout ever, i've experienced.
