Modi promised “maximum governance.” But rather than reform India’s outdated state, he has centralized power like no other leader in India’s democratic history. He set himself up as the nation’s savior, who would solve its every problem. But even a Formula 1 driver cannot make much progress in an Ambassador, the old Indian-made jalopy. But this is dangerous for not only Pakistan but also for the region. Pakistan is emerging as an economic success ten years from now. It will directly affect our CPEC. Secular India is in the favor of Pakistan same as Strong and Stable Pakistan is the neccessity of India.

You are right that peace in the region is the best thing for all. But we have also seen what strong India does with us.

So I would rather opt for a weaker India, if given a choice.

And let's not forget that India cannot afford disintegration from within as it can potentially create so many fault lines for them due to the exploitation RSS is doing with various minorities.

Nehru, Gandhi or other Indian leaders were never "secular" but "non-communal" unlike sardar Patel Type who were openly communal. Indialn leadership's claim of "non-communalisms " was also a fig leaf and coverup -- Jinnah and Ambedkar was open to question - "non-communalism "of Nehru and especially Gandhi.

Dear brother why would Pakistan be a secular state? It is already a Muslim state however, on the parallel India was a secular state since the day one.

Dear brother, do you want Pakistan to be a secular state? I do not have any issues with that.

However, the ground realities for shifting Pakistan haven't yet changed.

Finally, I do not want anything. I have just highlighted the core fabrics of both nations. I personally believe that India is at its best when it is secular.
