Generals and institution have become property dealers, they have businesses, commercial interests and are more interested in receiving commission, kickbacks, politics etc. All they want to do is make money. How the heck they will perform their duty. They are compromised, greedy and cowards. They have to follow western orders and face sanctions and their illegal money in foreign accounts.
