Very sad to notice Judiciary advising Sindh govt to remove Dr. Mirza when finally after 20 years of hard work, he came up with a plan on how to fix all rural hospitals..and as Saeed Ghani was just ready to release 2 billion rupees, judiciary advising us to get rid of him?
Our 20 years of hard work gone in the drain? This is why Sindh is not progressing as it should.?
