In his historical address to the first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan on 11 Aug 1947, Jinnah identified his first priority as maintaining Law and Order and the second as: One of the biggest curses from which India is suffering...is bribery and corruption. That really is a poison. We must put it down with an iron hand.

NAB is Pakistan's apex anti-corruption organisation, FBR has anti-money laundering investigation powers and FIA has an Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Wing. We, the undersigned, hereby appeal that you work together to hold a serious and open inquiry into the alleged involvement of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the ensuing Panama Papers scandal or, failing that, tender your resignations. We will respect your resignations.

This petition is not a personal attack on you, nor politically motivated, but is simply stemming from the concern that our tax money is funding government institutions which may not be functioning how they should be when it matters the most. If you tell us that you don't have enough powers to investigate such a case, we are ready to stand behind you to demand these from the Parliament and we will make sure we come out on the streets and get you these powers. But we need you to act.

There was a time when we'd merely criticise and then give up feeling helpless. But we've had enough. You either hold a serious inquiry or resign. Otherwise, we will be left with no choice but to come out on the streets to protest for your resignation - not Nawaz Sharif's resignation but your resignation. That's because this struggle is not for Nawaz Sharif's resignation but for restoring accountability of politicians in front of the nation and it is you who's responsible for implementing that. If your institutions are working well, no politician will ever dare rob the nation!

You have to have a charge before you do any investigation. Sharifs are doing business with their own money, they have not violated any laws, what do you want to investigate them for.

اسٹیٹ بینک کی رپورٹ کے مطابق بیرونی قرضے 72 ارب 93 کروڑ ڈالر کی بلند ترین سطح پر پہنچ گئے ہیں۔ 2013 میں بیرونی قرضہ 60 ارب 90 کروڑ ڈالر تھا جس میں تقریبا 12 ارب ڈالر اضافہ ہو چکا ہے۔


بیرونی قرضوں میں آئی ایم ایف کے 6 ارب ڈالر اور عالمی بانڈز کے اجراء سے حاصل کردہ ساڑھے چار ارب ڈالر بھی شامل ہیں۔ اقتصادی ماہرین اس صورتحال کو انتہائی تشویشناک قرار دے رہے ہیں۔


اسٹیٹ بینک کے مطابق پاکستان کے مجموعی قرضے 22460 ارب روپے تک جا پہنچے ہیں۔ جس میں punjabi bar bar in loot maro ko lainge apne zaathi fawaid ke khatir liqan wo sirf lahore ko thora buht faida dai kar baqi sara mulak thbah kardethe hai bijle nahi anhi pani b khatam horaha ha gas ke thara.اندرونی قرضے 13623 ارب روپے ہیں۔

Sharifs doing business with their own money. Thats a good one. Thats like saying, Mansha bought MCB with his own money.


And on the topic, FBR, FIA and NAB face a double edged sword. If they investigate Sharifs, they will be fired anyway.
