He might have not made some projects but if u know shahbaz made ring road(initiated by pervaiz elahi),mughal pura underpass(was pervaiz elahi project),mughal pura flyover(pervaiz elahi project),thokar niaz baig fly over(initiated by pervaiz elahi) no project stopped here he might have stopped a few.Cardiology hospital is shahbaz project, neurology center is shabaz project some new projects had to be announced which are not announced due to floods

from your views i can just conclude this that u mean if some1 is doing in front of camera or media themself are showing them that is photo session and the one who is not shown in camera are real working people so that means some ngo's that are not shown on tv are non photo sessioners and the shown ngo's are and it means the federal government which is not on ground and shown less on tv is not doing photo session but working. This was food street in Musharraf era, probably the most beautiful in South Asia, conceived by Kamran Lashari who is actually credited to be behind the infrastructure development in LAhore and Islamabad in the 90s:

Sharifs are shamelessly taking credit of the Lahore Ring Road as well which was also a project of Musharraf era. Making an excuse of lack of funds they have partially stalled the southern part of the ring road project which has been believed to be shelved due to political reasons.

if someone has added to the beauty and the development of the city[albeit Musharraf] instead of revamping it and better infrastructure development further they decided to close it as with other projects like IMAX project at M.M. Alam Road, that is why I became a fan of Mustafa Kamal [former city nazim of Karachi] as he not only completed projects started under Naimatullah Khan[previous Nazim] but he also competed with him in number ending up operationalizing more projects and improving further infrastructure development. May Allah bless both sons of Karachi Naimatullah Khan and Mustafa Kamal for their efforts to develop Karachi, which the city never saw for the last 63 years.
