Masha Allah . He is only three years old. Normally it is not possible to recite whole Quran by heart at this age. It is only possible with the special help of God.

His father said that his mother used to recite Holly Quran every night during her pregnancy. There is a Hadees from Prophet Mohammad (Pbuh) that kids listen and remember what their mother say and listen during pregnancy and this thing will reflect in child's life.
