Stupid question!!!
The stamp on the vote itself determine to which party it is for!!!!
Only thing remains which party has got what number of unverifiable votes and is the percentage consistent for all contenders or is it that one party got 25%unverifiable votes and it won where as runner up tally includes only 10% unverifiable votes!!!
