Beaconhouse has announced the opening of registrations at its newest project Beaconhouse-Newlands through a strategic alliance with Newlands School in Seaford, England, according to the school. Spread over 7.5 acres in DHA Lahores Phase 6, this landmark school offers the best of both Beaconhouse and Newlands School and opens up opportunities for students including the option attending a term at Newlands School in Seaford (UK).
Beaconhouse-Newlands is positioned as an Extended Curriculum School as school hours are from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 12.30 pm on Friday.
This ensures that by the time students go home, they will have participated in their chosen sports and extra-curricular clubs and even completed their homework, leaving their evenings free, says a teacher.
The infrastructure of the new 60-kanal campus features a number of firsts for Pakistan including an international-sized football field, professional running track, gymnasium and horse riding, along with a five storey library tower, an underground auditorium seating 700 and an area called the Access Centre which is dedicated to educational advising and college placement.
Beaconhouse-Newlands provides students with a new learning experience where technology blends seamlessly into a modern, broad-based curriculum, facilitated by fully equipped classrooms and IT suites, adds the school.
Teachers combine quality teaching practices with emerging technologies to create a student-centred, flexible and self paced approach to learning.

Students who have the option to spend one term at Newlands UK will only be paying for boarding and lodging.
