Well its good to say "ntelligent enough" otherwise you could say he don't dare to even look towards them, who are feeding him in his exile, otherwise there will be no place to hide.
Who is feeding Pakistan? US really, why people are dying of hunger, poverty etc. yes in some extent you can say, US is feeding elite class of Pakistan, whom they are using for their own achievement of objectives.
