Well, I have to say that when we compare our society with Europeans or Americans then are we on a same level?
The answer is certainly NOT.
Police is reflection of our public behaviour,when British use to rule us they also had two tear system ,The conduct of UK police was entirely different from British Indian Police.
it was designed according to our style or taste ,religious and cultural values, of course the world societies have changed and some societies have no desire to pace up with rest of the world in manner of education or the complexity of modern crimes.
The latter criteria fits with Pakistan and its society,governance,Justice & Law and order agencies.
This entire structure needs massive injection of funds and know how to be imported from developed countries.
That is not possible until, when we have a president who have stolen Millions of dollars/Pounds stashed away in the foreign banks and he gives shamefully big smile on TV and we do not have guts to remove him to face the music then ,For God sake what do we really expect? we must start from top not from bottom to top.
To kill a snake you smash his head where the poison is ,hit on the tail will be fatal for you.I am sure we all know if not try a deadly snake experiment?
I thinks in this programme police officer has highlighted his own grave & urgent requirements but I disagree with him when he says that, they comply or carry extra Judicial killings /tortures at the demands or behest of the be grieving public.
Police should and must follow within the parameters of the written constitution section Or they are committing crime with uniform.as video shows.
Lastly of course there are lots of misgivings in our society but nothing will be done when we collectively do not find the symptoms and solutions. otherwise we always will be looking at the west with envious eyes and do not make an effort to solve our own ever growing pity full problems.
We are humans why act like beast or donkeys.
Wake up Pakistan.

Let us face the reality:
a) In Pakistani Society police is used by the "Influentials" to fulfill their objectives. These influentials consists of rulers, bureaucrats, politicians, wealth people etc etc.
b) Everyone wishes to dominate the other. the start is from the point of
strength and dominance. This "social nefarious competition" is at all levels and Police is an instrument to achieve that.
c) When someone from the "Influentials" wishes to use the police either by using his power, authority, status, money etcs, then naturally the police involved from top to bottom also wishes to act for their own purposes without any fear of being answerable. Who will then make them "accountable".
d) Police victims are only those who are "helpless, poor, or not well connected".
e) All "responsibles" who are in these government and in the past were on streets do not wish to change this "menace" because it suits them.
Conclusion: in a society like Pakistan, Law is different for influentials and for have-nots. "A society of disbelievers can survive but not of unjust people". Let us wait and see what is going to be the sequel of our society.
When media got this type of "video Clipping" In the fairness of the things , they should also present the view point of other party also on whose behest the police was acting like this. "Jungle Law, Banana Republic" concept should not be allowed to go on.
