When he was a PM a reporter asked him that people in Pakistan are so fed up by the system (because of law and order and basic human rights issues) that they want to leave the country. His reply was, "Why don't they leave, who is stopping them".
Now the system is correcting itself and the ones responsible for its deterioration are being investigated, he being one of them. Now he is asking why don't they let him leave :)
