ڈھکن ہیں فیس بک والے بھی ۔ میرے فیس بک پیج جس پر دس لاکھ لائکس ہیں جس پر پہلے روزانہ کی بنیادوں پر لگ بھگ ایک لاکھ سیئرز ہو جاتے تھے اب بمشکل ایک ہزار شئیر ہوتے ہیں۔ میں نہیں جانتا میرے پیج کو سلو ڈاؤن کرنے کے پیچھے کیا وجہ ہے۔ جب کہ میں کوئی سیاسی قسم کا مواد پوسٹ نہیں کرتا ہوں۔​

Pakistan should go China way and block these stupid website anyways. Facebook has been in courts for violation of all kinds of consumer privacy. China banned Facebook, Google and WhatsApp and people are still alive there. I think we can do, we have 0 utility of them anyways other than our youth sending fraaandshiip messages on it

so recreating new pages will be taken down by AI right away, we lost a great deal of Pakistani pages for ever , someone got sacked at ISPR for this dumb act

ارے یار بھائی بارود ایسا نہیں ہے۔ کچھ عرصہ پہلے جن جن کے پاس بڑے پیجز تھے مطلب جن کو فالونگز زیادہ تھی جیسے کے ایک لاکھ یا اس سے اوپر ان کو اپنی لوکیشن کنفرم کرنے کا بولا گیا۔ بغیر کنفرمیشن وہ پیجز رکھ تو سکتے تھے پر اس پر کچھ پوسٹ نہیں کر سکتے تھے۔ کنفرمیشن بھی ایسی جس کو چیٹ نیہں کیا جاسکتا۔ مطلب ایک تو فون نمبر کے ذریعے پھر فون کا جی پی ایس آن کر کے۔ تو جو آپ بات کر رہے ہو اس کا کوئی مطب باقی رہ نہیں جاتا اس سارے پروسیس کے بعد۔​

bhai aik tu apko new facebook verified pages ki policy ko follow kerna hoga i.e. verified by valid phone no. and location (GPS) based. Secondly google about facebook business and it has different option & categories about spreading/sponsoring your page to broader prospective of facebook people.
Indirectly you need to pay some amount to market your page. Mostly used by some product or service marketing etc. So it all depends upon your page, its content & targeted audience

ویریفائ تو اس نے زبردستی کروا لیا ہے۔ فون کے ذریعے اور جی پی ایس کے ذریعے۔ جتنے بھی بڑے پیج تھے سب کو کرنا پڑا۔ نہ صرف ویریفائی کروا لیا بلکہ انفارمیشن پبلک بھی ہو گئ ہے۔ ہر پیج پر آپ دیکھ سکتے ہو کے اس کا ایڈمن کس ملک میں ہے۔ باقی رہ گئی پیسے ڈالنے والی بات تو میں بار بار تو نہیں ڈال سکتا بس ایک بار ہی ڈالنا چاہتا ہوں تاکہ شہیدوں میں نام لکھا جائے اور یہ جو بلاک میرے اوپر لگا ہوا ہے وہ اٹھ جائے۔​

Asides your usual propaganda points, it's censorship without transparency and openness. The agency that investigated and decided for this action seems to have its own agenda and goals.
Forget about Pak sites, the removal of INC related website weeks before elections amounts to interference in the electoral process.

As it seems some bigwig or fat pocket wished to shut up criticism of Modi and led FB to these actions Pak site ban is a side show.
Nevertheless it is corporate interference in the 'narrative war' in recent military conflict. Balakot school attack is modi's major selling point and the ban on Pak site ought to be seen in terms of Indian election.
"Modi ka yaar" like dawn and noon machine are elated - that makes sense :)
