Investigation of money laundering...
If Nawaz established these offshore companies and bought all these flats/properties from his "halal" money than this can only be a question of morality. There is nothing illegal in establishing offshore companies as long as its your legal white money.
On the other hand, if there is no money trail for these properties and offshore companies - and Sharif family fails to provide proper proof of money - than it comes under money laundering
And this can ONLY be proven after proper investigation..
