It explains nothing. The word "still" implies that dual nationals in police and bureaucracy continue to retain positions from the previous govt.
What's the problem with Dual Citizens. When you take their money and ask for donations, at that time, loyalty isn't challanged. Recently PCB hired Waseem Khan who is a Dual Citizen but extremely capable. If having Dual Citizenship disqualify you for serving any key position in Pakistan, I am afraid Pakistan would lose a lot of talented people who want to come back & serve country.
Why is there so much insecurity. Majority of criminals have ran abroad if they want to. Dual citizens can even be brought back through interpol if they commit a fraud. We should get over the dual citizenship phobia. Lot of Pakistanis are serving abroad on key position without their loyalty being challanged
