confused and disappointed at the decision on the petition of Tahir Ul qadri.

Current Election Consists of its members belomging to PPP,PML(N),and other parties.
One member of this Election Commission is "Sono Khan Baloch"; this member proved
its partiality towards PPP when Waheeda Shah of PPP gave slaps after slaps to a woman
presiding officer in the presence of media and police but this Baloch Sahib gave his vote
if favour of PPP's Waheeda Shah.

Brother, Pakistan is full of corruption in all govt departments; even judiciary is corrupt.
Geo Tahir Ul Qadri! Geo Justice to all the Pakistanis.

The decision on the petition of Qadri Sahib is a biased and against justice.

Read the constitution even if the ECP is dissolved today. PMLN and PPP have the cont right to re form it anyway they see fit. That is the right given to them by const.

If you want to change the stupid law you need to get elected. These looters are in power because they were given votes by idiots. SC cant change that fact and cant take away their right to rule over idiots.

The current ECP is the best u could hope for given the circumstances.

Qadri went to Court himself to ask for changes in the Pakistan Constitution

AH was summoned to Court for Contempt of Court for what he said

What is your confusion ? Are you arguing that a Dual national is immune from Pakistani Law ? Or that a dual National has a right to petition for changes in the Pakistan Constitution ? Qadri is guilty of contempt at the very least for what happened yesterday. But since he doesnt like it.....

When was the LAST time Altaf Hussain Petitioned the Supreme Court of Pakistan to change Pakistan's constitution ?

Dual National VS overseas Paskistan

Asalam o alikum

Our Dual National Overseas paskitani brothers are so much hurt on decision of CJ.

Reason i guess is they dont think on what Dual Nationality means? For them it is just getting passport of that country

But
Main thing is with the OATH they took when getting that passport.

and OATH means ?
A solemn promise, often invoking a divine witness, regarding one's future action or behavior.

Now
Please think

Let say in Canada Govt of Canada bring a law that is against Pakistan But it is in favor and best interest of Canada.
What will Dual National of Canada will do? Will they stand with that law or against the law.?

If He stand against he law then as per OATH at the time of getting passport what will he be consider in the eyes of Canadian Govt?
If He stand with that law what He will be for pakistani?


So i think Dual national may not have think on that before doing it in this context.

Exactly same point mera bhi hai...keya ham yeh kahin keh yeh jitney pakitani hain in sab ney jhot bola hai..oath ka matlab un logon ko nahin pata keya...mujhey khud passport mil raha hai par mein confused hon uska oath merey leyey hurdle bana hoa hai...oath ya jhoota lo to keya woh aapka zameer iski ijazat deta hai? aap pakistan mein paida hoey par aap ney wada dosrey mulk key sath keya ..oath dorey mulk ka uthatey ho...apney maqsad key leyey jhoot boltey ho ta keh passport mil jai.....keya yeh khula tazad nahin hai...aam pakistani to khair hai qadri to sheikhul islam hai usney aisa keon keya....usney bhi jhoota hulf leya hai.....ham sab andar sey munafiq hain...dual nationality mein simple see baat hai keh aap ya jhoot bolo ya sach...agar jhoot bol rahey ho us par passport ley rahey ho to keya yah jaiz hai....agar sachai par ley rahey ho to phir aap ko us mulk ka wafadar hee rahna chahey jiss key leyey aap ney oath leya hai.....dual nation munqasim hain...usko iteraz nahin karna chahey pakistan key mamilat par...aap ney apney maqsad key leye dosrey mulk sey wafadari ka half leya hai to phir isi par raho....pakistan mein keon tang urhatey ho....agar jhota half leya hai to jhotey logon par ***** hai

Yaar jo bhee kaho, aab agar ECP se supreme court fair election nahi karwasaka tou, after election jab sab dhandhli ka shoor machey ga sab tahir-ul-qadri ko favor karte nazar aye gein aur supreme court ke burai.....So bhai Supreme Court ne decision tou de diya hein lihaza ECP se fair election karwana bhee in hee kein zimmay agiya hein, jo mushkil hee nahi na mumkin hein....sab choor ek hein judge becharein kya karein gein...

Dear you have all the rights, you only cannot be an election candidate, do dramabazi like maloon padri. Happy, got your answer??? Still confused than do not come to pakistan. By the way why you have taken the dual nationality???? Do citizens of other countries also die to take pakistani nationality??? Be pakistani and ramain pakistani only....
