And this time, belt tightening will be done by ALL, not just awam, but by the government as well. IK has said that the government will radically reduce expenditure on luxuries and accommodations for office bearers, etc.

i am afraid to say that the first article just cleared everything for any sane person.. Saying that for economic policies we the common man have to take bitter pills (belt tightening) once again is just a foreshadow of the same old speech we are going to hear if Imran Khan if he becomes a PM... which will start like

ISLAMABAD: The tsunami of cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan, it appears, is hurting his Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) more than anybody else.

In what could be a blow for the partys rising popularity, PTIs newly appointed Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has developed serious differences with Imran over his unilateral decision to boycott last months by-elections.

Qureshis home constituency Multan, his only apparent political asset, was taken away by Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilanis son. The former foreign minister fears the future elections would now be an uphill task for him.

The premiers son, Ali Musa Gilani, literally had a walkover in the by-polls for the National Assembly by beating a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate with a margin of over 50,000 votes in the constituency.

Sources close to both Imran and Qureshi told The Express Tribune on Monday that both leaders had exchanged harsh words over what Qureshi said was a unilateral decision made without consulting other party members.

Some PTI leaders say Qureshi is angry at Imran for letting Gillanis son win the seat without a contest. They say the relationship between him and the PTI chief were so tense that Qureshi was contemplating parting ways and contesting the upcoming general elections as an independent candidate.

A member of his family, wishing not to be named, said Qureshi sometimes regrets his decision of choosing the PTI over PML-N. PTI officials said the former minister, who had considerable experience of parliamentary and constituency politics, had been trying to convince Imran not to stay away from the polls.

You need to be in the system to change it, sources quoted Qureshi as telling Imran, who has been calling himself a harbinger of change.
However, they said Imran was adamant on his decision of boycotting the by-elections.

جہانگیر ترین کے قریبی ذرائع نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ جب اسلام آباد سے ملتان عمران خان کو لینے کے لیے جہانگیر ترین نے اپنا ذاتی جہاز بھیجا تو ان کی حیرت کی انتہا نہ رہی جب شاہ محمود قریشی بھی اس میں سوار ہو گئے حالانکہ جہاز میں ان کے لیے کوئی سیٹ نہیں رکھی گئی تھی اور نہ ہی عمران نے ترین کو قریشی کے ان کے ساتھ سفر کرنے کے بارے میں بتایا تھا۔ کہا جا رہا ہے کہ شاہ محمود قریشی اپنے چھوٹے بھائی مرید حسین قریشی کو تحریک انصاف میں لانے کے لیے عمران خان کو ملتان اپنے گھر لانا چاہتے تھے۔ قریشی نے عمران کو کہا ہوا تھا کہ ان کا بھائی پیپلز پارٹی چھوڑنے کو تیار نہیں، لہذا عمران اس کی منت سماجت

کریں۔

ترین، خاکوانی شو قریشی کے عینک والے جن نے لوٹ لیا

حالانکہ سب کو پتہ ہے کہ مرید قریشی اپنے بڑے بھائی سے ہٹ کر کوئی سیاسی حیثیت نہیں رکھتے۔ بلکہ دو ہزار آٹھ کے انتخابات کے بعد جب شاہ محمود نے قومی اسمبلی کی نشست رکھنے کا فیصلہ کرتے ہوئے اپنی صوبائی نشست چھوڑی تو ضمنی انتخابات میں ان کے بھائی مرید حسین اپنے بڑے بھائی کی جیتی ہوئی سیٹ پر واہلہ خاندان کے امیدوار سے شکست کھا گئے تھے۔ اس وقت شاہ محمود اسی طرح وزیر اعظم یوسف رضا گیلانی کو گھیر گھار کر اپنے بھائی کی انتخابی مہم کے لیے بھی لے گئے تھے اور شکست کی وجہ سے دونوں رہنماؤں کی سبکی ہوئی تھی۔

تحریک انصاف کے کچھ رہنماؤں نے شاہ محمود قریشی کی اپنے بھائی کی اہمیت بنانے کی ترکیب پر حیرت کا اظہار کیا تھا کہ کہ اگر عمران اسی طرح غیر ضروری مطالبات مانتے رہے تو وہ اپنے لیے مسائل کھڑے کرینگے کیونکہ پھر یہ روایت چل نکلے گی کہ ہر دوسرا سیاستدان انہیں اپنے اہل خانہ کو منانے کا کہے گا۔

ذرائع کا کہنا تھا کہ جہانگیر ترین گروپ جس نے انیس دسمبر کو عمران خان کو جوائن کیا تھا وہ شاہ محمود قریشی کی بعض چیزوں سے خوش نہیں۔ ان ذرائع نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ جب یہ گروپ جس میں ترین کے علاوہ اسحاق خاکوانی، اویس خان لغاری، جمال خان لغاری، غلام سرور خان وغیرہ شامل تھے اسلام آباد پریس کلب میں پریس کانفرنس کرنے پہنچا تو وہ یہ دیکھ کر حیران رہ گئے کہ وہاں شاہ محمود قریشی سٹیج پر سب سے بڑی کرسی پر پہلے ہی برابرجمان ہیں۔ اس پر جب عمران سے چیک کیا گیا تو پتہ چلا کہ عمران نے بھی قریشی کو اس فنکشن میں شریک ہونے کی دعوت نہیں دی تھی اور اس کا احساس سب کو اس وقت ہوا جب فنکشن میں شاہ محمود قریشی کو کسی نے بولنے کی دعوت نہیں دی اور مایئک براہ راست عمران کو دیا گیا کہ وہ تقریر کریں۔

اس سے پہلے کہ عمران بات شروع کرتے کہ شاہ محمود قریشی نے ہاتھ بڑھا کر ان سے یہ کہہ کر مایئک لے لیا کہ وہ بھی بات کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ اس پر عمران نے تھوڑی سی حیرانی کا اظہار کیا اور پھر مایئک یہ کہہ کر بڑھا دیا کہ شاہ محمود قریشی کچھ بات کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ قریشی نے جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے گروپ کو ویلکم کیا اور مایئک واپس عمران کو لوٹا دیا۔

ذرائع کہتے ہیں کہ عمران نے شاہ محمود قریشی کو جہانگیر ترین گروپ کی جوائنگ کے موقع پر نہیں بلایا تھا اور وہ خود ہی وہاں پہنچے تھے جہاں ان سے ان کے عینکوں کا کاروبار کرنے والے دوست ناصر علی خان کو گشتی سفیر لگانے پر صحافی رؤف کلاسرا نے ایک ایسا سوال داغ دیا جس کا وہ جواب نہ دے سکے اور ایک مذاق بن کر رہ گئے۔

جب جہانگیر ترین کا جہاز اسلام آباد آیا تو ان کا خیال تھا کہ عمران اکیلا ہوگا اور شاہ محمود قریشی کو ملتان ہونا چاہیے تاکہ وہ عمران کو وہاں ریسو کر سکیں۔ تاہم عمران کے ساتھ قریشی بھی اسلام آباد سے روانہ ہوئے اور ملتان پہنچے۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ جہانگیر ترین کے ساتھ اسحاق خاکوانی اور دیگر لوگ بھی شامل تھے۔

تاہم سب کی حیرت کی انتہا نہ رہی جب شاہ محمود قریشی نے ترین کے جہاز سے اترتے ہی عمران کو ساتھ لیا اور وہ اپنے گھر کی طرف روانہ ہو گئے ۔ جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے دیگر ساتھی یہ توقع کر رہے تھے کہ شاہ محمود قریشی انہیں بھی اپنے ساتھ گھر جانے کے پیشکشں کریں گے لیکن وہ حیران رہ گئے جب ایک دفعہ بھی جھوٹے منہ ہی سہی قریشی نے جہانگیر ترین اور دیگر کو دعوت نہ دی کہ وہ بھی ان کے ساتھ ان کے گھر چلیں اور اس تقریب میں شریک ہوں جو ان کے بھائی مرید حسین کی تحریک انصاف میں شمولیت کے لیے منعقد کرائی جارہی تھی۔

ذرائع کہتے ہیں کہ یہ بات جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے گروپ کو اچھی نہیں لگی کہ اسلام آباد سے ترین کے جہاز پر آنا تھا تو قریشی بن بلائے اس پر سوار ہو گئے لیکن اب اگر ملتان گھر تک جانا تھا تو انہوں نے جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے گروپ کے دیگر لوگوں سے رسماً بھی نہیں پوچھا کہ وہ اب کیا کریں گے اور ان کے ساتھ گھر کیوں نہیں چلتے اور تقریب میں شریک کیوں نہیں ہوتے۔اسی طرح عمران خان جب مرید حسین قریشی کے منت ترلے سے فارغ ہو کر وکیلوں کے فنکشن میں گئے تو بھی جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے گروپ کو جان بوجھ کر قریشی نے وہاں نہیں بلایا اور انہیں تقریب اور میڈیا سے دور رکھا تاکہ یہ تاثر نہ ملے کہ ان کے علاوہ سرائیکی علاقے سے کوئی اور بھی لیڈر اس پارٹی میں شریک ہے۔

تاہم جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے ساتھیوں کی حیرانی کی انتہا نہ رہی جب عمران خان کراچی جانے کے لیے ملتان ائرپورٹ پر کھڑے جہانگیر ترین کے ذاتی طیارے پر سوار ہونے کے لیے پہنچے تو ایک دفعہ پھر شاہ محمود قریشی ان کے ساتھ تھے۔ ترین کے ساتھیوں کا خیال تھا کہ شاید قریشی عمران کو اپنے گھریلو تنازعات میں استعمال کرنے کے بعد اب انہیں ائرپورٹ سے الوداع کرکے لوٹ جائیں گے۔ تاہم ان سب کی حیرانی کی انتہا نہ رہی جب طیارہ عمران کو لے کر جانے لگاتو شاہ محمود قریشی بھی اچانک بھاگ کر اس پر چڑھ گئے تا کہ وہ بھی ان کے ساتھ اسی جہاز میں کراچی جا سکیں۔عمران اور اس کے ساتھی توقع کر رہے تھے کہ قریشی کمرشل فلائٹ سے کراچی پہنچے گے۔

مبصرین کے خیال میں شاہ محمود قریشی اس وقت جہانگیر ترین گروپ سے شدید خوفزدہ ہیں کیونکہ وہ گروپ نہ ٖصرف بڑا ہے بلکہ وسائل بھی ان کے پاس زیادہ ہیں۔​

وغیرہ کو پارٹی پر تنقید کا کافی موقع دیا۔
ویسے شیرین مزاری سے مجھے یہ توقع نہیں تھی۔
ہر بات اور عمل کا ایک وقت ہوتا ہے۔
پارٹی میں اس اہم ترین موقع پر شیرین مزاری کا یہ عمل اس کی سوچ کی بالکل نفی کرتا ہے۔
اور اس کی پارٹی کے خلاف خطرناک عزایم کو بھی ایکسپوز کرتا ہے۔

Dont you think that people should now learn to behave and do away with Envy? I dont see any reason for khan to change, He is clear in his concise and these PROPS will never Lure him. Senior leaders should learn to behave like Leaders and remember what they are there for. scondly as i have put in my article, if you read her letter, It has nothing to do with what she has put in the letter. they were all mere space fillers and she sounded like just comming of the boat, she seemed naive of those things....the only thing she felt strongly about was Imaan and Rajan Pur thing.

Shirin Mazari's exit from PTI is not trouble oriented. It is rather a well calculated tactical move to raise her stakes in open market. Her target was to become pivotal in pulling strings in a relatively new popular party which could convert into unlimited political influence and material gains. She watched the party system, tried her best to win over and observed that decision making will remain with ordinary people who would hardly take line from lady like her. If luck strikes, there are many parties wanting for people like her and she will achieve her target more easily.She is not about people's aspirations but personal promotion. Lets forget her and focus on PTI agenda now.
