Double standard of Honorable Supreme Court !

"The Supreme Court dismissed on Wednesday the Election Commission of Pakistans plea to defer its observations regarding the delimitation of Karachis electoral constituencies, saying it was based on misleading and misconceived grounds."

the Supreme Court has not ordered the election commission to carry out Karachis delimitation. Hence, review petition of this issue is pointless.

Point to be noted here, both these cases were heard by same Judge!

If ECP has falsely used the name of SCP in this process then isn't it contempt of court? Think about it and then call them a liar why would they do that after all he is a judge not some low life politician or opportunist...

Read both the links,
the same judge has ordered again ECP to conduct the delimitation yesterday...
while on 25th the same judge said SC had never ordered ECP to do that.

And if you go back to 29 November 2012
"The election commission and Sindh government have been ordered to complete the delimitation of constituencies in Karachi “as soon as possible”, according to the Supreme Court’s directives a year earlier."

Exactly this is my point. This is on the record which every one knows that SC has ordered this to be done i think before 16 feb. my point is why would such a senior judge say that SC has not ordered the delimitation process... That is why i said he is a senior judge not a politicians who openly tells lie. Read these two news. There might be some mistake on part of tribune...
