Difference between '92 and '99 World Cup

World cup 1999 Pakistan had the best team of all time. They were indeed the hot favourites to win it. Even Australians admit it in the build up to the final, but unfortunately we ended up playing the worse final in the history of all world cups. Where as '92 world cup Pakistan was in no position of winning and all the odds was against us. The only difference between these 2 Wold cups was a Leader. Pakistan have had bare politicians we as a nation now needs a leader.

What happened to the same leader in 1987? when Pakistan was favorite to win the WC. the same leader became geedar in semifinal in his home ground, Qadafi stadium.
