it was the wrong thing to do - He was not allowed to kill somebody, He had no authority,

for me he has done right thing on wrong time .. under wrong reason ... he should not killed him caz of blashphamey he shoulb be killed because he was currupt and because of him many people are commiting sucide in pakistan .. i would say . a wrong deserving man .. rightly killed on wrong time under wrong reason
