11 Crore / Month Sound System Charges (DJ Butt) Debunk


Saw a video of DJ butt, fiddling with his sound system, after watching
the video,I can safely say that the 11 Crore /month charges are just a Big Big Lie.
Let me explain, since i've experience of working with activation agency,
where sound systems are a normal stuff.

Here are the daily charges:
(These charges are for Karachi, from where we Sent out Floats
(Trucks with Fabrication) through out Pakistan)


SP4 Sound System with 8 Peavey Speakers setup = 3000 (incl 2 operator)
Truck Charges = 3500 (Driver & Cleaner charges included)
Daily Fuel = 1000
Generator Charges = 500
Generator Fuel = 500
Driver/Cleaner Food = 300
Extra Speakers = 2000
Extra Staff x 3 = 3000
Extra Staff Food = 1000
Lights (20) = 4500
DJ Butt Salary (if any) = 2500

Total Per Day = 18,800
30 Days = 564,000 (+2000 Truck Oil change once a month)

If DJ is using a High fi system, even after that , the charges won't go above 5000 / day.

(NOTE1 : This is what we charge , with addition of 15% Agency charges to a client, not what is given to a vendor , since we hire them on monthly basis)
(NOTE2 : If anyone has any other data related to PTI march, Vans, Trucks, Staff etc, kindly forward it to me, so that i can work on it and give figures, which are near to actual expenses)

Anyone charging more then this is just extorting money or giving an underhand to the concerned.

5 big anchors 30 lacs per month = 1.5 crore. rest 1000 employees at 50000 = 5 crore. 1000 lower level staff at 15000 = 1.5 crore.
so in 8 crore/month you can get 2000+ employees and 5 big anchors.

5 KVA generator 150,000 ka milta hai. (Ab pata nahin, dj kon sa use kar raha hai, normally 2.5 kva use hota hai on a float with lights, sound system , tv screen etc)

Speakers Banaye Jatey hain Locally ( With box 4000 ka eik hai)

Log Dihari par nhi, Monthly par hotey hain Helpers, 12000 ya 15000 par

Generator Fuel ap multiply kar lein x 3 (24 hours ke liye)

Yeh DJ mujhay 1 crore wali party nahin laga. Haan, he can spend around 300k 350k not more than that. (Also saw his home video, he doesn't look that rich)
By the way, In Karachi , there are setups , where people have these stuff, even after that, they aren't 1 Crore parties.
