Copy of letter sent to KPK Govt about attack

Talat Hussain has posted scanned copies of two letters which were posted to all relevant authorities of KPK prior to the attack on DI Khan. For your viewing pleasure

Dude dont be so blind in hate... check the fax date on both of the letters on top right corner... one shows the date of 28 july while the one sent to KPK has the date of 30th of july....:P

and i hope u know the attack date was 29th july... for ur pleasure[hilar]

Those are fax dates received and it is not obvious those dates do not represent dates when KPK Govt receive those letters. What measures was taken after fax on 28 july if we accept your claim?

Well to the best of my knowledge that is the date received. The one sent on 28th was to central govt and they are responsible for it... but there are many other questions that need answer like there are countless check posts of FC and Army between DI Khan and S Waziristan and they morally strip u of everything when they do their search but how come 250 militants and prisoners escaped from those check points? Second army must had been aware of the attack why they did not take any measures and the cantonment i heard is not far from the jail why they did not come to rescue? Do u have any answers to these questions?

Security of those jails are responsibility of provincial govt. Even army can not do anything by law with in city limit unless they been ask by provincial or city government. It was responsibility of PTI govt to get in touch with army to take measure to secure that place in which they fail.

On day of attack police open gates and run away.

It is obvious personal responsible to appoint those police men and persons who are on duty that time.

But attackers came from waziristan which is administered by federal govt. It was attack on Pakistan and ur point that army cant do in this situation by their own is ridiculous

How
can you say they came from FATA? Federal govt and its agencies full fill their duty to give KPK govt a heads up. There is nothing wrong to accept KPK Govt negligence.
