It is the parliament which brings changes into a system.
It is surprising to know some of the friends on this site asking the Chief Justice to change the system.
To brings changes needs legislation in the Parliament.
The courts only interpret the law that has been enacted by the Parliament.
It is highly deplorable that every one of us is trying to become an expert of constitutional law.
This seems to be a part of an Indian Film which has been dubbed with Chief Justice of Pakistan.
It is a hate-able attempt to malign the Supreme Court for political reasons.

Nobody is undermining parliament as it is already very much undermined.
WE ARE ASKING CJ FOR JUSTICE, Whether it changes,dissolves or destory the Government--(In reality the NRO mafia) **not DEMOCRACY**
JUSTICE needs no reasons no,logics it only needs assertion
PARLIAMENT. Kis dunya may rhtay hain.
