ریلیوں کے مقام پر کنٹینرز رکھ کر ریلی کا راستہ عام ٹریفک سے الگ کرنا کوئی نئی بات نہیں ہے جو بارہ مئی کو ہی سامنے آئی ہو۔ بلکہ ہر ہر بڑی ریلی کے موقع پر پولیس اسی طرح کنٹینرز رکھ کر پلاننگ کرتی ہے۔

اگر آپ کو واقعی انصآف کرنا ہے تو یہ آرٹیکل موجود ہے۔ اسکا جواب دے سکتے ہیں تو دے دیجئے۔

shahra-e-faisal can not be blocked WITHOUT permission of ARMY, because it has PNS Karsaz and Airforce offices. So musharaf ordered to block the road and MQM blocked the whole city and killed people like crazy.
