Can Corruption be eradicated in India?

As one of chief consequences of capitalism, rampant corruption is now a global phenomenon affecting the health of nation building in many a nation, especially the terrocracies or the so-called democracies. India is a seriously afectedd by this ruthless phenomenon and a crude case in point.
Corruption is so universal that world has no leader who could claim to be really clean and above ocrruption personally because families,friends, parties or some others always make illegal wealth whether they are in power or in the opposition. Both ruling and opposition now perform a joint strategy to loot the resources of the nation by keeping the military in good humors in all possible ways which has led to corruption in military establishment as well. . .
The prime motive of Indian leaders and supporters of freedom struggle upon forming a government in New Delhi seems to have been motivated by the corporate urge, as the custodians of a newly freed India nation, for the promotion of rampant corruption as the dominant aspiration of power hungry sections. This indirect policy of India has now resulted in a complete corrupt nation in all domains, not even excluding police, military, judiciary and intelligence teams. A corrupt political class and its supportive bureaucracy has so far either ignored corruption at national level or just tolerated it to sustain its own illegal and immoral pursuits of wealth.
For decades, India, rather mother India, has shielded all nefarious, corrupt procedures and processes, in which the spoiled children thrived, officially or otherwise; and mother India skillfully employed dependable gimmicks like Pakistan, Muslims and terrorism and cricketism to let the children enjoy the "fruits" of freedom in a "democratic" way. USA promoted global corruption and Manmohan Singh, protector of corporate sector by policies and discretionary powers bestowed upon him above the constitution, cannot but take note of US ambitions and urges of Indian rich and industrialists that finance polls and fund the parties.
As such it is now beyond the reach of the regime to even control the corruption process through parliamentary democracy- let alone eradicate it completely. Is there any leader in India who can claim too be decent by being above corruption or crimes?
The way Indian blast terror stuff is occurring in a sustained manner, it does not look corruption can be contained, let alone eradicated. In fact, the corrupt elements use terrorism as an opportunity to further their resourceful drives. Corporate lords have a stake in proliferating corrupt practices in India.
In the name of secrecy on issues like foreign policy and security, the deceptive Indian leadership secretly promotes corruption by indulging in select briberies. Not even the the Parliament that claims to be the supreme has any right or control over official briberies, shared ably by many bureaucrats and politicians both inside India and abroad. In arms deals, or Kashmir issue, for instance, huge bribes India offers to lobbyists and other agents for ensuring foreign support!
Who will take action on this prevailing evil?
