Dear bro, not getting international projects is the only reason that i am unable to start software business :( let me know if you have a clue to getting such projects on a regular basis as I myself am an experienced software engineer and i have a team also but we are not having any international software projects.

The safest one could be: buy a small plot (5-Marla). Build a home on it. Sell it. It could give U 2-5 lakh in 2-3 months time period.

Price of plot in a moderate area = 10-20 Lakh (normally depends upon locality)
Construction Cost = 10-15 Lakh.

Profit = 2-5 Lakh.

Hectic and a lot of work intially but you will be big eventually. That is how Malik Riaz started

Dear, first step is to gain credibility.. your business needs to be registered in the region where you are foreseeing or targeting the business. Malaysia, Sgpore are good places where you can establish your office (it could be virtual, just an address to appeal the customers desire) to capture market of south asia and Australia or uae for mid east, UK for Europe or Canada/usa for America.. Anyways, 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] step is to have good SEO of your business websites, good e-marketing of your products on different platforms, blogs or anywhere you are targeting.. Promoting your commercial websites on google helps a lot in getting businesses..

Lastly there are companies and individuals who acquire or outsource their programs / projects for cheap labour, they are available on internet.. they will contact you if you are available on top pages on google and you can then negotiate with them for those projects..

Commonly projects are available on ERP, web development and these days android applications are very hit.. it is also helpful, the region where you are really targeting the business has one or couple of local people working of you. It helps in gaining credibility and access to the projects and also a good guideline regarding the business industry and types of the available projects..

And last but the most important is that you deliver.. if you are offering quality and not exceeding the time period, you are good to get business and maintaining your name..

with this amount the best thing i can think of is to start a fruit canning business. there is a lot of fruit that goes wasted and is available very cheap.. can export easily. i will be moving to kpk and do the same but i am watching the performance of PTI . Lets see what they do .. i dont want to leave USA and jump in the fire blindly

Are you kidding me? This is a lot harder than you think. Managing that team If you have no expertise what so ever? Only people who are IT professionals can do this...not everyone

Thats right.. thats an advise.. if you have IT business know-how or related to someone who is in IT who can advise you, then you can start.. but if you are good in being a boss, and a good manager of things.. even with not much IT background, can kick off .. you need to be good on internet and researches.. I think everyone has a little or good knowledge of IT these days..

They had a visit to a something called CONTROLLED SHED of POULTARY FARM... They had the calculations and it requires a lot more capital than this.. Secondly the owner (He is a religious man and illiterate ) and told them about the Losses which can ruin everything. You need to have a good back up to survive difficult days.. Live Stock is a good option but looks like the earnings comes yearly only.. Anyways Thanks for the suggestion and I will pass it on.. JAZZAK ALLAH..

Actually the interest is Haram and surely this can not be suggested as we become equally affected.. Thanks for the suggestions though..

Ask him not to invest all 5 million, just spend half of it on any food business may be restaurant or fast food only site section is important in this business
schools and agriculture are not reliable earning business now.
