Dual killing accused Raymond Davis was indicted by a special court in Kot Lakhpat Jail on Wednesday.
The prosecution lawyer, Asad Manzoor, told the court that all documents related with the case was submitted with the court on the last hearing. He prayed the court to indict Davis in double murder case.
The defence lawyer, Syed Zahid Hussain, objected the indiction of his client and pleaded to the court to give more time. But the court charged the US citizen with double murder.

WOOOHOOOHOOOOOO... thats what i say to ghairabt bridage to use their brains and not heir hearts.... najam sethi predicted this last week.. i always manatined the only rason davis is held up is not because he killed two paksitanis but what he was doing here.. as seeon as army/ISI and CIA got their stnace cleared.. hes gone with teh wind .... chapait to teh auspicious members of ghairat bridages .... and also a lesson to learn...

The families of the murdered have been forced to accept the Dayyat Money. Raymond has been made to flee. It is said by the news channels that Raymond have boarded the plan for America. Raymond left the Kot lakhpat Jail with American Ambassador.

ISLAMABAD: A Court on Wednesday freed CIA contractor Raymond Davis, who was accused of murdering two men in Lahore, after blood money (Diyat) was paid in accordance with sharia law, sources said.
"The family members of the slain men appeared in the court and independently verified they had pardoned him (Davis)," provincial law minister Rana Sanaullah told Geo News."He has been released from jail.
Tell me honestly my distinguished friend is this something out-of-blue OR it's a 'unexpected' thunderbolt? Almost all who had an ability to think and evaluate were unanimous in their 'belief' that Raymond Davis will finally be freed after nerve wrecking torture to the greived family's to accept blood money from the rulers Godfather and Godfathers-Godfather, the Jews. No matter what's the murderer's actual and true identity all names listed in fellow member post are an equal participant in freeing this high profile David-Star! At last, the issue bothering the mind of Billions is finally closed. Those who are that power hungry that they buy top slots to govern Pakistan by surrendering their wives, daughters and above all ignoring 'Allah's Commandments against this lucrative deal will ever be ashamed ?
