1) Simple, they know very well that they all can not win from these constituencies.
2) Development era was last government, still Government have no guts to organize LB Election. Home Ministry is not under the MQM, ask to PPP and Home Minister to arrest targeted killers.

It was not the reason. Don't try to make me or other fool. It is due to the fact that MQM had recorded so many illegal and fake homes & residents in many areas of Karachi & Hyderabad. (which MQM consider them as their vote bank)

There are many ministries which are not under MQM control, but still MQM took the stand for their vested interest. Zulfiqar Mirza was removed by the strong demand of MQM who had claimed the arrest 26 MQM gangsters........

I think the whole blackmailing of MQM was to remove Z A Mirza because after that MQM is not threatening the govt for any wrong thing....Isn't look like very strange?

Man! Next election is not far. Don't worry this system would also implement and we would see. By the way there is meeting , in 23rd Feb 2011, of all the parties and Chairman Election Commission who demonstrated the working of Electronic Voting Machines and it was Farooq Sattar who opposed it.
