I mean what purpose does it serve to execute one lady except that it will cause more dislike towards the muslim community and not to mention Islam and it's last Prophetﷺ? How many people committed blasphemy at the time of Rasool-Allaahﷺ whom he did not punish but forgave in good-will, and in fact they out of appreciation and gratitude became thence excellent muslims. Excuse me but some of our molvis are using this incident for political purposes while other more sincere ones are too narrow minded to grasp the bigger picture. Today is not the time for aggression, we're already under media scrutiny due to repetitive mishaps or rather stupid mistakes (like in this case), and our rather spontaneous aggressive behavior in dealing with such cases will only flame further hate and animosity of the world against us.

Thank you for this post. I think there is some hope for this doomed nation if people like Ghamdi have some clarity of mind and they try to understand the real teachings of the peaceful religion called Islam. God save us from the likes of "mufti" Muneebul Rehman!

I agree with you. This law has become a reason to exact revenge on people you do not like. What will happen if in some Christian countries Christian people start applying this kind of law on Muslims by declaring us blasphamous against Hadhrat Jesus Christ as we do not believe in his divinity ( or being the son of God). Believe me under Christian religious thinking this is a crime!

قرآن اور سننہ میں اس مسلے کے بارے میں کیا کہا گیا ہے اس سے ہٹ کر -​

محترم آپ اسی بات سے اندازا لگا لیجیے کہ مفتی منیب صاحب نے غامدی صاحب کو قرآن و سنت سے دلیل دینے کی بجے انہیں اسلام سے خارج کرنے کی بات کی. یہیں سے ملا کی پست ذہنیت کا اندازا لگایا جا سکتا ہے .
اور یاد رہے یہ قائد کا پاکستان ہے جو ہندوستان میں اقلیتوں کے حقوق کے علمبردار تھے . مفتی صاحب جیسے ملا نے ان کی مخالفت میں کوئی کسر نہ چھوڑ رکھی تھی.
