KPK has a govt, and has institutions. KPK institutions dont rely on an order from the CM for every step they take, unlike PUnjab, where a girl lays raped for 10 days, and her rapists roam free until the CM has had an opportunity to visit the raped girl, attend a photo session with her, and then 'order' the arrest of her rapists, who are then arrested the same day....a ticker is run on news channels...next day's print media is plastered with the news highlighting the CM's noble act, and then the next afternoon, the rapist it bailed, and he takes the next flight to Dubai.
Yeah, heard this story many times.

I am amazed at people defending the biggest official of KPK dancing and being jubilant while the area under his governance was under water and people dying. Ok! Shahbaz is a maggot, he is the worst, he is a killer, he is a goon, does any of it defend the actions of khattak at all? Having a local system to govern issues lets the chief executive of the machinery dance when his people die? I see one of the absurdest of logics here. I just saw Naz baloch saying PTI ke masoom workers, and the kind of language that i see here made me laugh.

I seriously and I reiterate seriously don't know how does the rape of a girl justify another province's chief executive dancing when his people die. And after making all the tall claims of being different makes him even worse. Either you don't claim that you are different or you are even worse than the one's who don't apprehend culprits of the rape.
