Why not you read the article again? Its covering both Freedom of press and Freedom of speech.

the ban is not any freedom of speech its the absence of freedom, i dunno why don't you get it?

the article clearly talks about the freedom of press not freedom of speech, moreso it talks about restrictions not ban on freedom of speech

the ban on Altaf's speech is against this very clause which gives freedom of the speech and not banning freedom of speech

secondly its not only Altaf but kh asif, imran niazi, asif zardari should should be dealt strictly with moreso for even greatly violating this clause, if what you say is true then why is freedom of speech for these guys :)

there is officially no notification from PEMRA either, there is no court judgement, so its illegal to ban Altaf hussain from the media :)
