@alimohisn one little birdie gave me this scoop, don't know but i think UK Pakistani will know better, it is something to do with civil prosecution, if UK does not do something about this case than it will go to European court so now they r in a fix and this is mentioned by Owes bennet jones in his article, the birdie said that there is a group of lawyers who r pushing the matter will make the UK Govt in a very embarrassing position if they don't prosecute Bahi. Take a look at Jones article Partly because of the difficulty of establishing unchallengeable translations of Hussain's words, it might be months before the police decide whether to recommend a prosecution. In the meantime there is talk of a private prosecution. Long-time MQM critic George Galloway MP recently set up a fund to pay the legal fees of such an initiative

Also continue to chase up your local MP's members of Lords to follow this matter up with the relevant government departments.
